Tell us a little about why you would like to be seen. Our concierge desk responds within three working hours, by phone, with a confirmed appointment time. No appointment is held by an automated system — every confirmation is made by a person.
Before your visit.
Do I need to bring anything to my first consultation?+
No. We will request a brief medical history through the booking concierge, but otherwise simply arrive without makeup and twenty minutes early so we can offer tea before your appointment.
Do you treat male patients?+
Yes. Approximately 18% of our patient base is male. We have a discreet entry route and protocols specifically calibrated for masculine bone structure and brow position.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Twenty-four hours' notice is appreciated. Members may reschedule freely. Non-members forfeit the consultation fee for short-notice cancellations.
Are prices listed publicly?+
We share full pricing during the consultation, never on a public list — every protocol is individual. The consultation fee is EGP 2,500 and is credited against any treatment booked within sixty days.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes — for treatment plans above EGP 30,000 and for all membership tiers. Plans are arranged with our concierge directly, never through a third party.
Can I bring a friend or partner to my consultation?+
Of course. We have a private companion lounge with espresso and quiet seating for whoever joins you.
Is parking provided?+
Complimentary valet at the El Nada Clinics ground entrance — please mention Silk Skin Clinic on arrival.
Do you offer telehealth?+
We offer 30-minute video consultations for returning patients only. New patients are seen in-clinic for the first appointment.
