Three protocols.
Each authored by our founders.
Our signature work is what we are stopped on the street for. Each protocol is the result of years of refinement, calibrated specifically for Egyptian and MENA skin, and performed only by Dr. Nada or Dr. Reem.

The Silk Glow
Our hallmark protocol. A two-step ritual of polynucleotide skin booster + microtoxin to restore reflective, well-rested skin.
The Silk Glow is the protocol that built the clinic. Designed by Dr. Nada after her London fellowship, it pairs a deep biostimulating skin booster with a finely-dosed microtoxin pass through the upper face. The result is the kind of skin you read about in editorial — luminous, even, and quietly more youthful — without the slick sheen of overfilling.
Duration
75 minutes
Downtime
Two to four hours of mild redness.
Results
Subtle smoothing within 72 hours. Full reflective glow at three weeks. Best repeated quarterly.
Protocol
- 01Long consultation, mapping of dynamic lines and dehydration zones.
- 02Topical anaesthetic dwell (25 minutes).
- 03Polynucleotide skin booster delivered via 27g cannula across cheeks and zygomatic arch.
- 04Micro-dosed neuromodulator into upper face — never enough to flatten expression.
- 05Cold ceramic compress, calming serum, and walk-out concierge.
Indicated for
- Patients in their thirties and forties seeking reflective, healthy-looking skin.
- Those returning from a long winter, illness, or extended travel.
- Members of the Signature and Bespoke Silk Membership tiers.
Frequently asked
Will I look done?+
No. The Silk Glow is specifically engineered to be invisible. You will look rested. Friends will ask if you slept well.
How soon before an event should I book?+
Three weeks before is ideal. We do not perform Silk Glow within 10 days of weddings, premieres, or photo shoots.
Can I combine it with filler?+
Yes — but never in the same appointment. We sequence carefully across visits.

The Architect
A full-face structural consultation with Dr. Reem. Mapping, profile balancing, and a single decisive filler decision.
An hour-long structural consultation followed by one — and only one — precise filler decision. Dr. Reem will refuse to add product if it does not serve the architecture of your face. This is the antidote to chasing trends.
Duration
90 minutes
Downtime
Twenty-four to seventy-two hours of light swelling.
Results
Visible at one week. Settled at three weeks. Reviewed at six.
Protocol
- 01Photographic mapping (front, three-quarter, profile, dynamic).
- 02Discussion of bone structure, soft tissue, and ageing trajectory.
- 03Single filler decision (mid-face, chin, jawline, or temple).
- 04Cannula delivery only.
- 05Six-week complimentary review.
Indicated for
- Patients who want one decisive change, not five small ones.
- Returning patients who feel their face has lost balance.
- First-time injectable patients who want a doctor who will say no.
Frequently asked
What if Dr. Reem decides I do not need filler?+
Then you will not be charged for product. The consultation fee is EGP 2,500.
Can I have multiple areas done?+
Not in one sitting. Architectural changes are sequenced — usually six weeks apart.
